Restaurant Supervisor, Mihaela Bubuianu, has been voted as the Winchester Royal Hotel employee of the month for December.
Throughout the busy Christmas period, Mihaela was cited by her colleagues as a consistent and reliable member of the team and was recognised for her outstanding efforts to scoop the monthly award.
Louis Rigney, General Manager of the Winchester Royal Hotel, said: “Mihaela fully deserved to be named as employee of the month for December as she really stood out in a very busy month.
“We’ve had some new starters recently and Mihaela notably went out of her way to help train and make them feel settled, which is credit to her work ethic when there’s no doubt she had plenty of her own tasks to fulfil.
“The Christmas period is a testing one in the hotel industry, but Mihaela was as reliable and consistent as always.”
