The Garden Restaurant’s new summer menu has arrived at The Winchester Royal Hotel.
With a new selection of seasonal dishes, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the sunny season with a delicious meal in the relaxed setting of the Garden Restaurant.
The additions include lighter ingredients, extra salads as well as new desserts to involve tasty summer fruits and berries.
There’s also the official addition of a gluten-free Afternoon Tea to menu after it being available on request previously.
General Manager, Louis Rigney, said: “It’s important to keep our menu fresh and in keeping with the season and this new menu that chef has put together does just that.
“Adding the gluten-free Afternoon Tea to the menu and making it ‘official’ is probably long overdue. We’ve offered it to guests for a while, but guests who are unable to eat gluten need to be catered for like everyone else.”
Bookings at the Garden Restaurant have increased considerably in the last 12 months which coincides with being voted the third best restaurant in Hampshire by Bookatable.
Louis added: “Some people are reluctant to visit hotel restaurants, but we’re bucking that trend and that shows given our recent Bookatable award.
“We take great pride in our restaurant and we welcome anyone who’s not visited us yet to do so and sample the fine food at our Garden Restaurant.”
