Everyone at the Winchester Royal Hotel would like to congratulate Bev Coles, who has been named as the Employee of the Month for February.
Bev is a long-standing, reliable and friendly member of the reception team and landed last month’s award for her typically hard-working and reliable attitude.
Louis Rigney, General Manager of the Winchester Royal Hotel, made reference to her being as helpful as ever during February, but none more so than when offering to cover duty management shifts at short notice, and while still carrying out her own duties to her usual high standard.
He said: “Bev has been a great member of our team for a long time now and she still maintains an excellent standard of work, even when times are a little tough. During February, we suffered from a few illnesses meaning we needed duty manager cover. It was no real surprise that Bev stepped forward when needed.
“While covering for her colleagues, her own duties didn’t suffer. All her work was done with her usual pleasant and helpful disposition to our guests, which is credit to her attitude and work rate.”
As another deserved winner, Bev receives a £30 Love2Shop gift voucher, which she is pictured receiving from General Manager, Louis Rigney.
