This week, the Winchester Royal Hotel is showing its thanks to one of their most dedicated members of the team.
Mihaela Bubuianu, a valued member of our Food & Beverage team, has reached the milestone of 10 years’ service at the hotel. After joining the hotel in 2009, Mihaela has seen a raft of changes, including a major refurbishment in 2012.
Louis Rigney, General Manager of the Winchester Royal Hotel, was full of praise for Mihaela. He said: “I want to congratulate Mihaela and thank her for her hard work and loyal service to our hotel over the past 10 years.
“For those who have been to the hotel, you will probably have come across Mihaela and know what a pleasant person she is. Since I joined the hotel in 2013, she’s always done her job to a very high standard, been extremely reliable and has been a hugely friendly and popular figure around the hotel. Over the years, she’s helped train and mentored many of her colleagues – many of which have come and gone.
“In a world where staff turnover is as a high as I’ve ever known in this industry, it’s a real credit to her personality for reaching this incredible milestone.”
